We loved having the separate apartment for one of the families with teenagers and the kitchen/FR/playroom areas were all spacious and clean. It was a perfect house for our group as there is tons of space and the the rooms are all large. We had 3 families with 4 adults and 8 kids ranging in age from 2-16. We stayed at Funtierland 31 for 5 days in November. Absolutely would book with Funtierland again! Manager's Response It should be noted that the “Cars” themed rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & a living room) are in a suite above the garage with a separate entrance which worked just fine for our group. The pool was absolutely fantastic and we all looked forward to using it every day (sometimes twice) after a long day at Disney! Customer service was great, we only had 1 small issue with turning on the water slide but they dispatched a technician immediately. Convenient 5 min drive to Walmart for groceries. The ping-pong table in the garage was a nice feature, too. Three different strollers in the garage to choose from. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. The in-house washer/dryer was an added bonus to do a quick load of laundry or freshen up towels/bedding. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the themed rooms.
